The breakfast service was very impressive. The menu changed on different days and was quite good. It is well worth the price you pay extra for the room. We hired a tour guide who took us around to see waterfalls, hot springs, museums and more. This hotel is a great place to start from and come back to. The Plaza is a short trike ride from the hotel. Definitely worth visiting again.

The staff here at The Sierra was one of the most memorable experiences of our trip to Dumaguete. From as you walk in with the security staff, to everyone inside. Such wonderful staff who provide excellent customer service and some are multi-talented (one plays an awesome saxophone). The pool was nice too.

About 10-15 mins walk to the City Mall, Mc Donald's etc. About 5 minutes ride by tricycle, 15pesos fate per pax. The staff: warm, welcoming, caring. The bed, comfortable. Filipino buffet breakfast has many choices.
